Dan Stone – Owner

With over 20 years of extensive construction and management experience, Dan is an expert contractor with a wide-range of skills. As a second generation builder, he has worked his way through the construction ranks. Dan has an Industrial Design degree, which complements his problem-solving skills in the commercial construction world.

Dan has proven to be a pivotal figure in the business relations of multiple companies with direct responsibility over project managers and superintendents, contract negotiations, business development, and client communication.

Dan prides himself on his high attention to detail. He is a master in a variety of specialty construction skills including infrastructure, commercial office, medical, retail, food industry and tenant improvements.

Dan enjoys spending time with his family, which includes wife, Kelly, their four children whose ages range from 7 to 17, and their two dogs, Izzy and Dax. Together, they enjoy water skiing, mountain biking, snow skiing, building custom furniture and shooting sporting clays.
